Product Conditions

Our Products are graded into the following conditions:

New - Item is New + Unused and will contain all applicable tags, paperwork, manuals etc. Items will ship in original packaging, which will be either pristine or very good condition however occasionally may show label residue / slight damage.

Shelf Pull - Item is new + unused. Item has been Customer facing in a retail channel (i.e. on a sales floor) and potentially handled / tried on. Applicable paperwork, manuals etc. may not be included. Items will usually ship in original packaging however this is potentially damaged (e.g. label residue, box crush, dusty / soiled).  

Customer Returns - These are items which have been previously sold through a retail channel + returned. Example reasons for return can include damage / failure of the item, incorrect sizing / color and / or buyer remorse. Item and packaging condition are not known and have not been tested.

Used - Item has previously been used and will likely show signs of cosmetic wear / damage however it will be fully functional unless otherwise highlighted in the listing. Original packaging / accessories may not be included. 

Salvage - Item is either non-functional, has severe cosmetic damage, or both. Original accessories and packaging are unlikely to be included. Salvage grade items are only suitable for buyers who are able to undertake repair / refurbishment or break for parts.
